Rebekah Chapman, PT, DPT

Bekah grew up as a Midwestern girl in Madison, Wisconsin. She finished her undergraduate degree at Northwest Nazarene University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Physical Therapy. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Pocatello at Idaho State University, where she was actively involved as the secretary and treasurer of the Student Physical Therapy Association. Bekah also participated in a research project entitled, “Perceived Quality of Life in Rural Seniors,” which she presented at the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Combined Sections Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana. Following graduation, Bekah was honored to receive the APTA “Student of the Year” award.

Physical therapy has been a part of Bekah's life since 1996 when she injured her low back. Being in a physical therapy clinic not only gave her the necessary instruction to rehabilitate her back, but inspired her to become a physical therapist.

Bekah spent the first year of her professional career at a sports medicine clinic in Grand Blanc, Michigan, where she worked with a wide variety of orthopedic patients and athletes of all ages. Bekah enjoys working with people and is very excited to join RehabAuthority whose primary focus is on the care of back and neck related issues.

When Bekah is not in the clinic treating patients, she’s usually spending time with her husband Joe.
